Start Of A Journey
The Harvest Trail Blog is a place where an everyday person, not donning cowboy boots, wearing a straw hat or driving tractor, can come to understand the terms “Farm Bill” and “GMOs”. A place where you can find what farmers and animal producers alike are practicing that affect your food and health and how you get it (food sustainably). A place that doesn't make you feel like you're counting sheep (yawn...) and offers a fun side by providing recipes and stories from farm visits.
Combining City with A little County
The Harvest Trail is a journey combining my agricultural degrees and 10 years of “city business” to bring you a real farm-to-table experience.
